Itachi forces Sasuke to re-watch the whole Uchiha massacre again and again and in the end only letting a seven year old Sasuke live on with such a heavy burden weighing him down.
Sasuke fueled with vengeance and nothing but hatred in his heart towards his older brother with murderous intent aims to kill him one day.
Sasuke’s unwavering resolve to take out his older brother is unmatched, it doesn’t matter if he dies in the process, doesn’t matter if he has to mortgage his body to the shady and creepy Orichimaru for more power to be able to beat Itachi or betray his friends.
He just wants to make sure Itachi pays for his sins of perpetrating his clan and the pain he had to grow up with. Its no wonder Itachi and Sasuke have the most screwed up sibling relationships.

2. Ace Sacrificed his life to protect Luffy

Portgas D. Ace sacrificed his life to protect Luffy from Marine Admiral Akainu in the Marineford saga. Ace’s death acted as the catalyst leading to Luffy training for two years to become strong enough to protect his friends.
Ace is one of the most popular One Piece characters and his bond with Luffy is one of the reasons for his popularity.
Ace is also one of the coolest anime characters with curly black hair, a tall muscular body, a hat and his trademark features, tattoos. He has a Whitebeard symbol tattoo on his back and another tattoo on his upper left bicep that spells ‘ASCE’ vertically. The ‘S’ crossed out as a tribute to Sabo.

Edward and his younger brother, Alphonso the best sibling duo in anime history attempt a human transmutation to bring back their deceased mother. But unfortunately that fails causing Edward to loose his left leg and Alphose to his body.
Even when he was under tremendous physical pain from having lost a leg. He still manages to perform alchemy to seal his brother’s soul in an armor in return for his right arm. His pain threshold to save his brother is off the charts.

4. Tanjiro Kamado will Never Abandon his Sister, Nezuko who is most loveable anime sister

Tanjiro’s entire family was slaughtered by Muzan while his younger sister, Nezuko was turned into a demon.
He joined the Demon slayer corps to find a remedy to turn his sister back into a human.
Despite his sister being a demon, Tanjiro didn’t abandon his younger sister. He keeps her always by his side to keep her safe.
He will not stop until he finds a cure to turn his sister back into a human.

5. Hina Amano, a teenage girl who works non-stop to make a living for herself and her younger brother

14 year old Hina works at every place where she can find work to make a living for her brother and herself.
You can imagine how difficult it would be to find work as a 14 year old. So she lies on all her resumes about her age to find work.
At age of going to middle school, making friends, being part of school clubs and living life as a normal teenager. Instead she has to work to provide for her brother and herself.
That’s not the only problem she needs to worry about. Legally children aren’t allowed to live without a guardian. So they always have to be on the run from one home to another cause if the childcare services got their hands on them, they will probably separate the two.

Naoto becomes a police officer in the first place to be able to save his sister.

7. Akane chooses her Little Sister over her Passion

After a tragic accident took their parents away, Akane has been single-handedly taking care of her kid sister, Aoi.
The anime has a really beautiful phrase that turns over a new leaf about the life choices we make,
